Parallel Lines is the story of filmmaker Nina Davenport’s journey in the fall of 2001 from California back home to New York, where her apartment once overlooked the World Trade Center. Along the way, she stops to interview strangers about September 11th and discovers a window into the inner life of America.
An intimate guitar-based score, featuring S.M. on guitar, dulcimer, keyboards and electronics, Duke Levine on guitar, slide guitar and mandola, and Frank Gallagher on violin, viola and low flutes.
